This vaginal weights weight system starts with a small plastic cones with diffrent stainless steel weights that you put inside your vagina for about 15 minutes, twice a day. The weights come in a set five different weights. At first, the lightest weight is used. You need to use your pelvic floor muscles to hold the cones in place. So, it is a way to help you to exercise your pelvic floor muscles. Once you can hold onto the lightest one comfortably, you move up to the next weight, and so on.

Step free vaginal cones / weights are a set of five reusable, tampon-like, non-sterile cones of identical size and shape but increasing weight, with numbers 1 to 5 on the rounded end of each weight. The weights are designed to be used while performing Kegel exercises. When inserted into the vagina, the appropriate weight will necessitate the pelvic floor muscles to contract around the cones in order to retain it.
Performing Kegel exercises (contracting the pelvic floor muscles) have been found to strengthen the pelvic floor and may improve urinary continence. One general point is that if you use one device or more, it should be in addition to, not instead of, the standard Kegel exercises.
It is normal to feel some discomfort or pain in the pelvic region when first beginning exercise with your vaginal weights. This discomfort or pain may be attributed to the strain of untrained muscles, and it should subside with continued use. If discomfort or pain persists, or if severe pain occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician
